| The European Pride Organisers Association (EPOA) brings together LGBTI+ Pride organisations from across Europe, and its thirty-second annual general meeting will be held in Porto this November, the first time the event has been held in Portugal. |

| Variações - Associação de Comércio e Turismo LGBTI de Portugal is organising this event, which will bring two hundred delegates from various European cities to Porto from 1st to 3rd November. Business at the AGM will include selecting the host for EuroPride 2027 (between Gloucestershire (UK), Torino (IT), Torremolinos (ES), and Vilnius (LT). |

| In the city of Aristotle, we promoted Portugal as an LGBTI destination. |

| In Greece, the Portuguese delegation was joined by José Marquina, President of Variações, and Joana Oliveira Costa, Councillor for Economy and Innovation in Lisbon. |

| In two voices, the baton was passed from EuroPride 2024 in Thessaloniki to EuroPride 2025 in Lisbon. This celebration of inclusion and colour was a part of the closing ceremony of EuroPride 2024 where the delegation received the quilt. |

| The EuroPride Quilt was created in the late 1990s to become an indelible record of the history of EuroPride. Each year, the EuroPride host adds a panel to the quilt featuring their logo or other memento from that year’s event. The Quilt then becomes the focal point in the handover to the next host. It is living history that travels the length and breadth of Europe. |
